1. Win XP Pro Service Pack 2
2. It will do it on any program you have to type on it's like on a timer
of something? 20 sec it will go to the top of the text or the subject line
in IE.

installed such as Google or Yahoo toolbar, disable them, or if you have
Yahoo Companion, uninstall it as it is known to cause various problems.

When I am in IE every 20 seconds my cursor will jump to the subject
line. It will also jump around in other programs. I have tried another
keyboard, ran virus protection, spyware protection? Any ideas??
