Word cursor in ms word

Does anyone out there know how I can increase the size of the flashing cursor in Microsoft Word without altering the size of the font????????? Thanks, NK

Welcome to PCReview :wave:

It's not possible to control this through a menu parameter, but can be achieved through coding your Word templates... is this something you want to get into??

It might be easier to play with zoom settings.
What version of Word are you using?

Assuming MS Windows XP Home go Start | Control Panel | Mouse | Pointers | Scheme. Click on the dropdown arrow to see a range of optional schemes for the pointer and associated functions such as the cursor (I-beam).

You may find a scheme that suits your purpose.
