Cursor "Hand" Shape

I have some Command Buttons in an Access form and I would like the cursor to
change from an arrow (default shape) to a "Hand" shape when a mouseover
occurs so that users will know the buttons are active and are not just text
boxes. Is there a simple way to do this? I am a self-taught neophyte and
would hate to destroy my database by messing up the code.

This was just answered yesterday in a post in the formscoding newsgroup.
The subject was "simple question, I think".

Please refer to that post and see if it will answer your questions.

Note: It is always wise to search for your answer before posting a new
thread. There are tons of posts out there with great answers and examples.
Using the google.com "groups" search is a great way to find previous posts.
Just start your search with the newsgroup (microsoft.public.access) and
follow it with a few keywords (cursor pointer hand over).

Hi,
you could place a label over your textbox and then put a single space in the
hyperlink address field of the label format property.

Good luck

Sorry Rick — I did try to see if the question had been answered previously.
I used the search feature on the Discussion Groups page but couldn't find a
match. I'll try the Google trick next time.

Thanks for the simple solution! Putting the space in the hyperlink box was
all I needed to do (no coding; no worries).
