Current Window on top

How can I keep the current window on top of all others.
In a lot of cases if I open a new window it opens up behind the current
window & is not visible.

By your own definition, a current window is NOT one which is
under the other windows, it's the one that's active, and of
course, on top. The Current Window is ALWAYS on top already.

Perhaps if you gave more detail it'd be possible to give an
educated guess, but that's like my asking you if your spark plugs
will work in my car and givng no further information.
