One hopes that this includes the fix for the tricky "double scroll" problem
that has plagued IE and OE since the last cumulative update.

Yes, the scrollbar problem appears to be fixed, but we have been plagued with
many calls since rolling this patch out today. Seems that something else is now
broken. We haven't identified the problem yet. Hopefully someone else here
will beat us to it, and it will be "only" another 3 months before another IE
patch.
