I use CTRL [ to get to the cells that make up a formula. This works across
sheets and workbooks. If I want to go back though, to the original cell, CTRL
] only seems to work if cells are on the same sheet and doesn't work across
different workbooks. Can anybody help out please?

Thanks

press F5 key and then Enter key. return you to start cell.
