??? Ctrl Shilft End function is disabled

For some reason, the Ctrl+shift+end function in my excel is no longer
available. Would appreciate advice how I can reactivate this keyboard
shortcut.

CTRL+Shift+End does not work in Shared Workbooks. Perhaps that is the cause?

Is this done to terminate worksheet re-calculations or to end macros that
are running?

Ctrl+Break is normally used for macros.
