CTRL Key, ALT Key, etc....

Boring

Is there any font or *.gif that I can download that would
give me a CTRL Key, ALT Key, etc.... such that I can write
an instruction manual with "hotkeys" and shortcuts???
 
There are fonts that have these graphics. Search for fonts with names like
Keystroke(s), Keycaps, Keyboard, and the like.
