Curious problem has just occured since I replaced a dodgy
NIC card in one of our Windows 2000 Servers with an NC7170
Gigabit card. The Server is fully service pack'd and
patched so that is not an issue and we're also running 5.1
RDP.
I can connect to the Server using RDP session with no
problems but none of the hot keys combinations (such as
the important CTRL ALT END combination) work anymore.
I cannot disconnect the session properly. I am forced to
just close the window which does not disconnect the
session.
When looking at Terminal Services Manager now, the Server
is not even listed! However, I can still connect to it
with no problems using the RDP file I've always used.
How does Terminal Services Manager create its browse list?
I can ping the Server OK.
Anyone have any ideas??!
I'm really struggling on this one.
Thanks.
