Ctrl + Alt + Delete

This function does not work when my (Win XP Home) system
locks up - nothing does so I have to hold power switch to
shut off and restart. Any suggestions as to why this is
the case?
 
You need to determine why Windows locks up. Some ideas to get you going:

Have you changed any software or hardware?
Have you made any changes to your system settings?
Could you be infected with a virus or spyware?
Could any of your hardware be failing?
