Ctrl-Alt-Delete Missing Processes etc. tabs?

When I first got my computer I would press Ctrl-Alt-Delete and I could go
between running processes, running applications, etc. Now, whenever I press
control alt delete all it has is running applications and there are no
buttons that allow me to go to running processes. This makes it impossible
for me to shut down adware so that I can delete it.
