CTFMON.EXE in my startup

few day later in xp a program on my startup ctfmon.exe .every time i disable this program, but when i start
the internet ctfmon.exe is started.
i have two antivirus norton and ravantivirus.but they dont detect them.but zone alaram i recently anstalled, said ctfmon.exe is a keystroke monitor program.
please help me.
