CSVDE in windows server 2003

Dear all,

I have same experience with patrick while trying to import users but this
time the error message as follow
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>csvde -i -f c:\users.csv
Connecting to "(null)"
Logging in as current user using SSPI
Importing directory from file "c:\users.csv"
Loading entries.
Add error on line 2: Referral
The server side error is "A referral was returned from the server "
0 entries modified successfully.
An error has occurred in the program.

Any ideas ?

This is usually because the DN is wrong.

If a referral is passed back, it's because you're trying to manipulate an
object that is not part of the domain partition that you are connected to.
