Afternoon all.
Apologies if my first thread has been posted in the wrong forum, I did read all the rules, but apologies just in case.
I've recently discovered on my laptop an application known as "cssrss.exe" which I cannot seem to get rid of. I checked online at various sites, and it isn't something I want on there. I also believe it's the root of current email issues.
I basically would like to know how to delete this application safely?
Details:
Operating System: Windows Vista Home Ed.
Anti Virus Software : Kaspersky 2007
Anti Spyware Software : Spyware Doctor
How do you connect to the net : Wireless, through ADSL modemYour Computer Specifications - HP Pavilion dv2000, Intel Core 2, T5500 @ 1.66GHz, RAM: 1022MB, OS 32 bits.
If anyone needs more info about the computer please let me know.
Neither my anti-virus or spyware can pick this application up, hence why I've come here to the pro's. Can anyone help?
Kind regards and thanks,
Richard
