For some reason, If a microsoft CSS filter is used on a
page, I can't see it in my browser. Did I turn something
off? How can I fix this?

Hi Brent,

I guess you mean that you cannot see a CSS applied to a pages (I
don't know what a CSS filter would be).

Check Tools, Internet Options, General: Accessibility. There might be
a CSS that is used for all the pages you view.

Kind regards

AFAIK Microsoft's CSS filters require a component which is optionally
installable: you may have to reinstall IE to get it.
