Hello, I have installed the game just fine. When I go to play it I get _BinkSetSoundTrack@8 cannot be located in the dynamic link library binkw32.dll. If I click on ok I get a smaller window saying object expected. If I click ok everything freezes! Help!?!? Ive tried loads of things and still nothing works! Any suggestions are greatfully recieved.

Have you got the latest patch from:

http://ubisoft.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/ubisoft.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=9563

Check the Read Me file for the game too, it could well have information on
this. Also might want to get onto their support - I've had a search over
the net and not been able to find anything similar to this kind of error,
but do you have any of the bink/smacker tools etc installed on your system
other then just the game?

*Yes I have already installed the patch. It makes no difference. I
dont have any Bink tools etc on my system.
Its all very frustrating. Now I am going to and fro with Ubisoft tech
support but no luck so far.
Thanks for trying to help. Its depressing the hell out of me!?!?! *

If you are using Windows XP, try deleting the binkw32.dll file from the
Windows system32 folder. This did the trick for me as I had the same
problem.

Let me know if it works for you, ok?

Hi NaMaCa,

Don't expect to hear from them.
You're posting to the Microsoft newsgroups in response
to a post made on May 24th, 2004. They're long gone! :-)
