I am able to load a report in my windows form, but I would like to be able
to print the report without prompting the user for which printer to send it.
Basically I would like to send it to send the report to the printer
specified in the report if they have it and if they don't have the printer
installed on their computer... I don't care what it does at that point. The
main problem I have is I need to send a report to Printer A Tray 2 and it is
time consuming for them to have to seelct this everytime. Any ideas?

Hi, Mike

In addition to posting your question here, also look at
http://www.crystaldecisions.com/. Though it ships with Visual Studio,
Crystal Reports is supported by Crystal Decisions. They have a self-help
section and they offer phone & e-mail support. Their web sites states that
you get two Crystal incidents with the purchase of Visual Studio .NET.

To be honest with you: The Crystal Decision support for .NET Developer is
everything between non existent to terrible!!!! If you check out the
microsoft.public.vb.crystal newsgroup, you will find tons of questions re:
..Net and Crystal .Net or Crystal v9 & .Net but no responses. People are
having a horrible time with .Net and Crystal reports and even though I post
my Q on Crystal Decisions web site, there is no response there either. As a
matter of fact, the "free" support through community newsgroups they propose
is not supported by Crystal at all, if you read the fine print. I cannot
believe that Microsoft is able to get away with such a corporate
relationship. Talking to my better friends and developers, they all suggest
switching to Active Reports as of immediately.

Would be great if MS could start a support newsgroup
microsoft.public.dotnet.crystal and get Crystal Decision support folks to
somehow support that group. Everything that currently exists, or better yet,
not exists, is a disaster.Specially for people who bought that Crystal stuff
with an expensive Enterprise version of .Net or Universal subscription
deserve some excellent support.

I hope some people get together and escalate that problem through Microsoft,
before they face another class action lawsuit....

That's my 2cents,
Wolfgang
