I have an in-house VB.NET 2.0 application that uses Crystal Reports for
..NET 2005 - CR10?). A few users access the program via a Wyse
dumb-terminal via Citrix. For some reason that I've not been able to
trace, these users are not able to view any of the reports. The same is
also true if I attempt to view the reports while running the program
over a Remote Desktop/Terminal Services connection.
The exception noted is "System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException
(0x8004005): The system cannot find the path specified."
However, if I access the program via a PC and Citrix then the reports
load and run as expected. So it appears to be a security issue related
to terminal sessions, but I don't know how to resolve the problem.
Has anyone else had a similar issue and/or know of a work around or fix
for this issue?
TIA
