cryptograpic and viruses

I am trying to install windows update again because of
viruses and it is asking if the cryptograpic system is
correct.how do I find out?And, I have 2 firewalls on and
they keep getting deleted and worms and viruses are
getting in.until I went and restored the system again
last night, I could not stay hooked up to internet for
more than 1 min at a time.Anyone else having this problem?

For the cryptographic message:
Go to Start
RUN
[type]
regsvr32 wintrust.dll
[enter]

It might be better just to use one firewall after clearing up your
worm problem.
