cryptograph service

Hello Jonathan,
I noticed you reminding everyone to download security
patches and was wondering why my HP 750 won't do that
anymore?! I continually get check to be sure cryptograph
service is running and I have and it is But I Can Not
Download Patches because the Crypto service won't read the
signature on microsoft windows security patches????? I am
running windows XP, What's up???!!!!
