crt files and two other questions

What are all these crt files I have in my private folder? And secondly, can
I create folders in mywebpage folder and stick the links in them to
organize? Do I have to rename to reflect the new folder?
 
Actually they are .cnt files and they are the
files that maintain the "count" for your hit counter.

Yes you can create folders within your main root folder.
When you drag files to the new folder,
FrontPage will automatically update the links.
