I have a set of data that tracks deliveries from various ranches. One week
there may be deliveries from 3 ranches and the next week could be 7 totally
different ranches. I am new to crosstab queries and don't quite understand
how to manipulate them, however, I was able to make the queries with the
ranches name as the column headers. When I build a report based on the
query, the field names are the names of the ranches with the values being
the number of pounds the ranch delivered. This is fine except for next week
there could be a different set of ranches. How do I build a fixed report
that is able to change the headings from week to week.
Also, what happens if my report is set for 10 columns across, but in the
given time period, the number of ranches exceeds 10? Can columns be added
at run time?
