In a crosstab query, is it possible to force the display of all possible row
and column headings - even where there is no row/column intersection value
to display? Thought I could just Nz the value field, but that doesn't seem
to work.

I create a cartesian query of all possible combinations of row and column
values. Then add this to your crosstab and use joins that include all
records from the cartesian query.

I can't imagine that there isn't a more easy way to display all the rowheadings, even if all the values in this row are 0 ??

I can't imagine how it would be much easier.

....as advertised.

Thank you very much,
