I have a crosstab query that is pulling information from 3 tables and one
other query. here is what i'm pulling: I have a project name, project type,
activity, months (jan - dec) pulling the sum of total hours for the project
name.
My report comes up fine running off this query but what i want to do is
create a subreport that takes out the project name, activity and summarizes
by project type all the hours for the months. How do I create this subreport
because everytime I try to add the subreport it keeps asking me to input the
year several times over instead of just once like it does on the orignal
report.
