CrossTab Criteria Problem

Hello you all,

I'm new to MS access and I would appreciate it if anyone could help me out. I have a crosstab query and a criteria of date range. When I create a report from it, it would prompt for the criteria more than once. The no. of times prompts woud show up is equal the number of columns heading it creates.

I have found a solution at the access-reports newgroup. I use the between operator in my date range criteria and prompts don't display repetitively anymore.
