dear community

can community please enlighten me on these two following doubts that I have

a) what is the usage of the "Above/Below" in the Cross-reference dialog box
under the "Insert reference to" option.

b) Can Word 2003 the "Spelling and Grammar" checking option be switch to
check for grammar and spelling mistakes for UK English.

thanks for the Help

Above/below tells the reader to look for the reference before/after the
referencing point.

Spell checking checks using the language in which the text was written. Each
individual character typed in Word carries with it a language attribute.
This is similar to marking a bit of text with the colour red.
