I posted this in the "calandering" group, but I don't know if "tasks" fall
within that group:

Outlook 2k2, from Office XP

I'd like to be able to send task requests to myself. Sounds irregular, but
here's why.

I have Outlook on my office computer, and my home computer. When I'm at
home, and something occurs to me, I'd like to set up a task on my office
computer, so I'd like to send a task request to my office computer so when I
get there and start up Outlook, the request is there. (Otherwise, I have to
send myself an email, telling myselft to set the task up. I'd like to
streamline this.)

If I try, I'm told that I can't send a task request to myself. Is there a
way around this? (Can I "fool" Outlook into thinking I'm someone else
sending the request?) Outlook is set up to handle two different email
accounts for me, and I've tried sending the request from one account to the
other, but IT KNOWS.

Thanks.
Ken

A simple solution might be to create the task at home, then forward it to your office account.
