Cropping a picture in Access

I am using a form to store an embedded picture and would
love to be able to crop and rotate this from within the
form in Access XP. Is this possible

If you have automation-enabled image processing software on the computer
registered for the image file type, then you should be able to use an OLE
Frame, double-click, and do whatever the image processing software allows.
Access has no builtin features for rotating nor user-controlled
cropping/clipping.
