Critical XP PowerToy required - any help?

A critical PowerToy "Resize images" is quite critical to workflow I use.

Is there a Vista equivalent -nudge, nudge -

I have IrfanView installed but the short nitty-gritty efficiency of Image
resize PowerToy is almost worth sticking with XP (only kidding )
