CRITICAL UPDATES ERROR

Hello Everyone,

I am having some technical difficulties when trying to do
a critical updates scan from Microsoft Website. It gives
me an error once it reaches 66% saying the explorer needs
to close and if it persist contact product vendor. ANY
ideas. I have restarted my computer several times I even
redownloaded Internet 6.0 thinking maybe something was
missing, but still no luck. This is taking place at my
computer in the office where we are connected by a
network. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
