Critical Error 101

When I try to open the program it shows the opening logo
screen then I get a message with Critical Error 101. Any
idea what I need to do to fix this issue? It does the same
thing in Safe Mode.

Hi Clay

I started getting this after I downloaded one of the recent XP security
patches. I figured out exactly which one, but unfortunately I do not have
that informtion. Try restoring your system prior to the latest round of
security patches for XP, somewhere in the middle of October. At the same
time that this happened, Microsoft security center stopped seeing my virus
program and MS Messenger stopped working. If you want to know the exact
patch, I can send it to you later.
