Critical Error 101 Spyware Beta

I have installed Spyware Beta and when I try to run it, a message is
displayed reading critical error 101. I have tried to uninstall and
reinstall, but that does not work.

Any help would be appreciated; however, please share information on a 4th
grade level as I am not computer saavy.

Please post your question about the beta MS AntiSpyware program in one
of the newsgroups set up specifically for it. Also, please understand
that the program is still *beta*. Beta software is not a finished
product and the bugs are still being worked out.
