I am using Access 2000

I have a query that includes a "status code" field. This
is a number field with 2 digit codes. I want my report to
eliminate certain records that contain any one of maybe 5
different codes. In the Criteria field I typed;
<> 90. This worked and eliminated the records with a
status of 90.
Then I tried <>90 or 80. This did not eliminate records
with 80 as the code. I tried <> 90 or <> 80. This did
not eliminate either the 90 or the 80. How can I
eliminate records that contain any of a list of codes??

Can anyone help me today?????
