Critcial Update #823559

I do not know if I am in a loop or what. Critical
Update #823559 keeps coming up I first had it on 12 Jul
03 as an Automatic Update. Then on 01 Sep 03 I had it
as website and Automatic Update. And Automatic Updates
continued on 05, 14, 20 21 and today 22 Sep 03.

I had a similar situation. The problem was with a stuck
Winsock file. This file does not repair if you reload the
operating system. Microsoft walked me through the
process of renaming and reloading Winsock. It was a while
ago, so I don't remember the details. You need to contact
Microsoft support.
