Critcal update (828750) installed, now images show red X in box

I installed "Cum Patch for Internet Explorer (828750)" and
then re-started my computer. Now, on some websites, the
page does not load fully and red Xs in boxes appear where
the images should be.

I am running
 
I updated mine on the fourth and it to is now has the same
problem. If I find a fix I will let you know.
