credits with video at top?

i was going to use this option so that way the video can still show with the
credits running, but it will not work.
how am i suppose to get it to have video in at the top while running the
credits?
please help

What do you mean it will not work?
Is it only showing a blue screen instead of the video?
If so then in timeline view drag the transition from the "transition"
portion of the timeline to the "overlay" portion.
