creating web page

I just purchased Front page 2002 with the hopes of making
a web page and getting it onto the internet. I am running
windows '98 with 4.43GB free and Office 2000.
My questions is after reading the manual is do I just load
Front Page and run WYSIWYG to create my information? Then
how does this information get onto the internet? I am also
using Yahoo (they own flash net).
Any help for this novice would be greatly appreciated.
 
IMHO - download and run the FP 2002 Tutorial before you do anything
