Okay, so I downloaded the vista x64 onto my deasktop. I have windows xp media
center edition. So far, I have read comments of people using Nero 6, and it
worked for them, however I did not have nero 6, I tried using Sonic MyDVD
plus, and it didn't work. So I downloaded a trial version of nero 7, followed
the steps that were listed for nero 6, and it still didn't work. In the end,
the same file that downloaded was burned onto a dvd, and when I tried to open
it, it was acting like it wanted to extract files or something. Here is the
file name that was given to me from the microsoft web site.
vista_5384.4.060518-1455_winmain_beta2_x64fre_client-LB2CxFRE_EN_DVD, now I
have noticed that everyone else has a .iso at the end of their file name, and
when I go to see the type of file it says it is an "Image Files" and that it
will open with "Nero Burning ROM." I have no idea how to get this damn thing
onto a dvd, so if anyone thinks they can help, that would be very much
appreciated.
