Can someone point me to the right area of registry if I want to set default
Home Url to out site before the users are created in XP

To give an example The Browser always points to www.microsoft.com/ with UK
Msn site as default when starting Exploer first time.

I want to make sure the default is always our site....
Many thanks

Look in the registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer, or alternatively under HKU\.DEFAULT. I believe it is under HKLM
though. Perform a search in the registry for the default address and you
should find it.

If you are running Active Directory, you are able to use
Group Policy to tell IE what home page to use.

Also by using the group policy the user is unable to
change the default URL.

In Active Directory, right click the group and go to
properties, and chose group policy and in there you will
find where to change it.
