Creating thumbnails for usage in Frontpage

I'm curious to know if it is possible to save a Powerpoint slide as
JPEG file (or any other file format) to be used as a 'thumbnail'
image. I'm wanting to place a downsized version of my title slide on
my webpage.

Yup. What Sonia said.

Or File, Save As, pick JPG, give it a name, click OK and opt for just the
current slide. Then downsize the result in your fave image editor.
