I have created calendars for my plumbers & HVAC techs. I have been trying
desperately to create a form for the calendar so allI have to do is fill in
the blanks. For example - if someone is at Mr. Smit's house at 123 Street
fixint their faucet, I want to be able to have a form that already has Name:
Address: Problem reported:, etc.

Can I do something like that in the calendar? Or am I dreaming? Please
help me get this company into the 21st century. (We are currently using paper
to track all of this)

I took a look at the web page and now my head is spinning. Would you mind
putting the steps in simple step by step instructions? I have Outlook for XP
- I know a little about it, but I don't really have time to read a lot or
research things. I'm busy trying to get that plumber to grape street. :0)
Thank you so much for your help. Knowing that the form can be built and that
I am not dreaming is more helpful than you can imagine.

There are simple walkthroughs among the resources at
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/forms.htm . But the best thing for you to do is
put a form into design mode and start playing with it.

I truly have no idea where to begin. I don't know how to put a form into
design, much less play with it. I tried to read "The Super-Easy Guide to the
Outlook Object Model", but that is good for sending emails. I am truly at a
loss and very frustrated that I can't put a form into design and play with it.

I'd suggest that you watch the web cast. Because it shows you screen shots,
you should be the hang of it quickly.

To get into design mode, choose Tools | Forms | Design a Form.
