how do export contacts to spreadsheet? i want to view the
data in a spreadsheet to make sure that it is correct and
then update outlook. any suggestions? thanks

For Outlook 2000, select File/Import and Export. Then select "Export
to a file", and next select "Microsoft Excel." After that, you will
be asked to select the Outlook folder you wish to export from.

During this process, you may be asked to install the Import/Export
engine (if it hasn't already been installed). So you may need your
Office CD's.
