Creating Sitemaps in FR 2003?

Is there a program or download that will allow me to create a
Google-compatible sitemap in FP 2003? I have never done one before and am
pretty intimidated, and I've never done anything in xml.

If there's not, does anyone know of a template I can follow? My site is not
large, only about 50 urls.
