Heya

I know this is semi off topic, but I'm trying to create a shortcut to my application by creating a shortcut in \Windows\Start Menu. The CAB seems to refuse to write a file in that directoyry and I have seen other bizarre things such as the OS magically deleting files I put there

I know that you can specify an application to show up on the Start Menu by going to Settings | Menus. Is there a way to do this programatically? I absolutely positively cannot make the users set this option manually

There may be a limitation to the number of shortcuts allowed in the
startmenu (10?). I know Dell Axim has it. Try deleting one of the old ones
before you add your own.
