Creating shortcut to "search for printers"

I'm managing a windows 2000 environment for 300 users. In
that case it would be nice to have easy access for users
to their local network printers.
We have updated the printer information in AD (like
location and comment field) - and since this information
already lays in AD, it would be nice to use it.
What I need, is already available in many steps. If you
choose Start - Search - For Printers.. - and type your
location - click search and you get your list. I WANT THIS
TO BE DONE IN ONE CLICK.
There's got to be a solution for this out there, or an
altarnative (a utility perhaps?).
