Creating Several Shared Calendars

My office is about to migrate from Groupwise 4.1 to Outlook 2002.

We had been using a calendaring program called Time & Chaos as our group
calendar.

I need to create something with Outlook that will show all the appointments,
etc. for the office. However, I need to create a separate calendar for a
total of five offices.

Could someone point me to a good book or manual that may help me with this
project?
