Would it be possible if anyone could tell me whether in Access you are able to produce e.g 20 seperate reports from running a query or a macro in Access. For example, i have a table with five different subjects how would i be able to create five seperate reports with a specific report name, e.g subject no. The only way at the moment would be manually creating the individual reports but i would be looking to do this about 300 times which is no practical. Also these reports once created would be subsequently attached as a document and sent to a fax via a computer.

On my website (www.rogersaccesslibrary.com) is a small sample database
called "EmailingSpecificReports.msb" which could be modified for your
purposes. It creates a personalized report for each person in a table, then
emails it. You could use the first part to create your reports. You'd
have to modify it to fax them instead.
