Hello,

Internally we have cron tabs and autmoated scripts running on many of
our servers. Unhappily those emails get sent out to a distribution
list in the pattern username@host, i only want to filter out the ones
i'm actually interest in from these emails and send the rest to
another folder.

Does anyone know how to set up a rule so that i can specify "all mail
with this username"? (Rather than all users from this host)

Thanks
Graeme

Nothing happens -

It says there is no one in my address book with that email, allows me
to continue with it, but the rule does nothing when you run it.

This is on outlook office proffessional 2007 + if that helps?

What happens if you put just username@ in a rule?  Seehttp://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/rules.htmfor the basics- you'll use the
username, not the domain.

Use the "With specific words in the message header".
