Creating Profile in Outlook

I've installed/uninstalled/reinstalled Outlook2003 4 times with the same
error message when I try to open outlook. "Unable to open your default email
folders....". I've clicked on Mail in control panel and created the profile
and tested it by clicking on "Test Settings". I've created several email
profiles, deleted some, recreated, etc., with the same result.

Could not find a 'Always Use This Profile' button to click on, but it's
probably the same as 'Set As Default'

I have two user accounts, both with admin rights. I can use Outlook with no
problem on one user account, but not the other user account.

Running WinXP-Pro. All updates for O/S and Office installed.

Any suggestions

YOu didn't say what kind of account(s) you're trying to set up.

I'm not trying to set up accounts, I'm trying to set up an EMail profile so I
can use Outlook as my EMail client.

The Accounts I referred to are the user accounts to use the computer. My
wife has an account and I have an account. I can use Outlook when I'm signed
on, but my wife can't when she's signed on. She gets the "Unable to open
your default email folders...." error messasge.

An email profile contains two things -- account settings and data file settings. If you want an email profile that can send mail, you must add one or more accounts to it. What I'm asking is what kind of mail accounts you're trying to add -- Exchange, POP3, IMAP, Hotmail, MSN, etc. Or, rather, now that we have a tiny bit of more specific information, what kind your wife is trying to use.
