I'm not crazy about the way Outlook's archiveing routine
works in that I have to move archived info back to it's
original folder to view it. In a customer service
environment, I need to be able to access old info fast. At
present my pst file is at about 1.9G and growing. Would'nt
it make more sense to create a new pst file each year or 6
months and simply open the old one when I need to retrieve
something? I know I can do this through the File pull down
but I can't figure out how to create the new pst file.
Any ideas??
